The ProFlex PCR System has 5 different blocks that can be changed with the flip of a switch, including the first-of-its-kind 3 x 32-well block. This block allows up to three experiments to be run simultaneously, completely independently of each other, and without interference.

Dual 96-well and dual 384-well blocks are available for your high-throughput sequencing needs, and a dual flat block is available to support Applied Biosystems OpenArray plate technology for genotyping analysis on the Applied Biosystems QuantStudio 12K Flex Real-Time PCR System.

The ProFlex 2 x 96-Well PCR System allows you to:

• Interchange the 2 x 96-well, 0.2mL block with another block type if your throughput needs to change
• Access the system remotely (and conveniently) through a mobile app
• Program the instrument in seconds with a simple-to-use touchscreen interface
• Simulate your old instrument with Thermal Simulation modes
• Interchangeable Blocks
• If your research requirements change in the future, or if you share the system with someone who requires a different format, remove the 2 x 96-well block from the top of the instrument and exchange it with another block type. This step typically takes less than 15 seconds and requires no tools or kits.
• Mobile App Connectivity Check availability with a mobile app before you get to the lab, download experimental report files, receive alerts, and more.
• Simulation Modes The ProFlex PCR system is equipped with Simulation Modes that mimic your old thermal cycler’s ramp rate.
