QIAGEN QIAcuity is a digital PCR that uses the Nanoplate-Based Partition principle to measure gene expression. Which is considered to be the 3rd Generation of the current Thermal Cycler family. The machine has a working principle by dividing small proportions of PCR Reaction (Partitioning) on ​​the Nanoplate, then increasing the amount of genetic material by Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) principle.
