A diluent of 3 ml is added, and it gets diluted following a series of reactions before proceeding to the final analysis.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\"><span class=\"s1\">If you want to analyze pre-diluted blood samples, you must first collect 20 \u03bcL of the capillary specimen. Next, you can dispense 1.6 ml of diluent from the device and pre-dilute the specimen. The operator will forward the sample to the analyzer, which will take in 0.7 ml of the given sample.
